The Studio Sitter session is all about capturing the sweet, fleeting stage between 6 months and 1 year. This is when your little one can sit confidently and may even be starting to stand. With minimal distractions and a simple setup, the focus is entirely on your child’s expressions, milestones, and emerging personality. This timeless portrait session freezes this beautiful moment before they grow again—because they won’t be this little for long.

To get started, please inquire using the form below. We will reply within 24 hrs and establish a date and time for your photo session. A 50% deposit is due to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your scheduled shoot.

Being Prepared

The Studio Sitter session brings the studio to you in a meaningful way, designed to keep your child as the sole focus and keeping the background as simple as possible. To prepare, coordinate a time with your photographer that works best for your child—often after a nap or when they’re happiest. Since setup takes about 45 minutes before shooting begins, plan to carry

on with your usual home routine until we’re ready to start. Outfits and sentimental items play a big role in making your session unique, so consider clothing you love and personal touches like a family heirloom, or a favorite toy. This session is about capturing not just your child in this moment, but the deeper meaning that surrounds it.
